Dito ka na ba sa Pilipinas? 4 months ago I was planning to go to Dubai para magwork diyan then 380 degrees na change ang mind ko because of the business that was introduce to me last June 7, 2008. wow salamat kaayo skee brad... sure mo palit gyud ko ana na book... possible bah sa 300k or 200k (100k abag kong unsay mahitabo) maka negosyo ko nya mo kita ug 20k or 15k amonth?? coz sa akong sweldo diri mga 45k+ ra den maka limpyo rakog mga 20+ ana.... grabeh diri kamahal.... bisag mo kita kog 15k amonth okay nako ana.... posible bah or lisud bah ni sya.. thats the main concern i have. thanks sa tanan ni tabang...

in terms of investing, be very careful... what some financial advisers here are saying sound very nice but they ALL HAVE RISKS as well. If you ask me, I'd rather lose my money my way and learn more from it rather than have someone else lose it and learning one thing only -- EVERYTHING HAS RISKS.

please excuse me for being very skeptical with these kinds of investment vehicles... my father lost 800k to something like this before... regardless if all the people involved are in jail now, the damage has been done...

Actually 300K is a lot of money. Even Henry Sy started only with 10K. Ang key bro is commitment. Dili pwede half and half to really succeed. If you can afford a total loss, there is no better time to risk while wala pa ka gi buhi but anytime. Because you can always afford to start again. But kung naa lain ga salig nimo weigh the pro's and con's well. To start, find a business that you run after the money. Do not go into something na hulat ka mo duol ang kwarta nimo. Of course, this is harder work. Basa mga biz magazines, check out entrepreneur para ma inspire ka.

Daghan man ga negosyo sa internet lang Ebay, Sulit, etc. Pero mao lagi na the more you commit into the business of yourself the more success.

with your 300 th you can start a used car selling business.....

confused? here's how......use a portion of that money to rent a vacant lot, a gated area would be ideal as long as it is along main road, then use this as display area for "for sale cars".

Still confused? You don't need to buy the cars, simply negotiate with car sellers to use your space and earn commission on closed deals.


What about marketing strategy? Use the internet, make your own website that caters not only to potential buyers but sellers as well.


What else? DEal with car makers, you can find them in CEbu, Albertos Surplus and Shem, and more...they can display their wares and earn on commission.

Kung naa ko 300K, mag business ko ASAP. I have lots of good ideas for IT products but I lack capital. Selling is also not my thing, so I'll use part of that 300K for giving salaries (on top of commissions) to sales engineers.
