ive worked with both channels before... rctv and cebu28. the thirsty commercial in rctv and a bunch of program ids in cebu28 ("around the world" for example.. not the edited one).

i'd say rctv is more original when it comes to ideas.

i would agree to that. rctv has more productions and creative programs compared to c28. balik balik raman ang sa c28, puol.
