espionage is an essential tool of a state to secure its interest. naa gud daghan mga american companies dire nga nag invest sa atong nasod so i thinks its natural for the american government to secure information about developments sa atong nasod. dile man tanan intelligence analysis kinawat. in fact kanang mga kinuha gikan confidential sources, covert operatives ug foreign assets (meaning espiya) gamay ra na percentage sa information source nila. most of it comes from open-source ug published documents (newspapers, tv, radio etc.) ug in-country assets (embassy personnell).
