i read the article.. and it's on a similar thread here sa software and games..

and like the artice says.. blizzard does plan to do starcraft 2 in the future..
but the one they're announcing next month does not necessarily mean starcraft 2.

cruzader made it sound like starcraft 2 was surely gonna be made and be officially announced next month, which is still uncertain as clearly stated in the article.

so NO, i dont need to google it. he needs to, or probably you do.

You should play World of Warcraft if these questions are in your head:

1. Why did Kul Tiras led by Admiral Proudmoore (Jaina's Father) attack the Orcs in Kalimdor after the treaty between the Alliance or Horde was made?
2. What happened to the paladins of the Order of the Silver Hand after Arthas disbanded it and Uther the Lightbringer died?
3. Did the Alliance's expedition to the Outlands during WC 2 survive after the Dark Portal closed?
4. What happened to Illidan after Arthas defeated him near the Ice Crown Glacier?
5. What happened to the Night Elves after the World Tree Nordrassil was burned?
6. What happened to the Forsaken after they freed their minds from the Scourge?
7. What happened to the Red Dragons after WC2? the other colored dragons?
8. etc...

Some quests might not seem to be connected to the storyline of WC3 but let me tell you, World of Warcraft has more story than just for WC3. There are quest stories about the Dwarves, Gnomes, and other minor creatures in the WoW universe like the Goblins, Ogres, Demons and Elementals, and even the Ghosts of the dead that died during the WC3.
