    This is the scenario for business partners. (NO POACHING AGREEMENT). Pero pwede hinoon negotiate between companies kong gusto gyod ka kuhaon sa company nga imo gi applyan.

    I agree, best option would be to negotiate between companies, so that everyone would be happy

    Most Japanese IT companies dri Cebu kay naay in.ana na agreement some of them are in written form..

    i think its hard to form IT union or something. cuz everyone is qualified to be a leader
    and most IT people dont take crap from so called 'leaders' and stuff so its not good..

    I prefer to form a group with a goal of sharing great ideas rather than complaints against the company. If you’re hired in a nice way then leave peacefully.
