may feng shui practitioner na pinaghalo-halo na
ang esoteric at scientific tska sariling superstitious belief, nakakalito na
may classical tapos may modern-age feng shui...
do you really need the swords and emblems, symbols, etc?
na pagkamahal mahal? sa wicca, gumupit ka ng picture okay na...hehehe
ang pagkakaalam ko ang feng shui is trying to manipulate the flow of energy sa surroundings
but one can manipulate energy through simple techniques
dont doesnt require anything but yourself, your keen sense, and knowledge on how to do it
i have nothing against Feng Shui per se...
but ive got something against practitioners who take advantage over gullible people
nagpa-fengshui ang bizniz partner ko sa aming resto before worth 17thou
(me tawad pa iyon from 35thou...at personal expense pa niya iyon dahil ayoko pumayag)
what happened? nothing...nagalit lang naman ang mga engkanto sa paligid namen hehehe...

most chinese know how to distinguish what is authentic feng shui from those charlatan feng shui experts.

i consider myself an AUTHENTIC Classical Feng Shui Practitioner and consultant. Since the study of the classical texts entails a great detail of scholarly pursuit and diligence. This is what most feng shui "experts" lack who have been springing up suddenly. And I know how to debunk what is classical and what is NEW AGE.

In Chinese Studies, Feng Shui is under the subject of PHYSIOGNOMY, which entails the study of the mountain's Landformations, waterforms and the calculation of Qi in a certain vicinity and how they affect the inhabitants nearby. This is authentic classical feng shui. All those so-called "feng shui items" for sale are NEW to classical feng shui. These items have usually originated from Chinese culture and not from the study of feng shui itself. Although, i do not have a problem with these items, i do not consider them a primary cure to client problems. Because if these feng shui items would cure violations, then everyone should be having a happy life now!

just some tips to everyone: if the external environment has bad feng shui, then expect that no amount of renovation internally would help your situation! I have a client who was forced by his wife to sell their newly made home!

if the external environment is good, but if the main door is improperly positioned, then don't be pretty assured of a 100% happy home!

Always look starting from the outside to the inside. This is authentic classical feng shui!

My favorite part is the Feng Shui haircut $300 for good fortune. "which is ironic because to get the haircut we are spending the good fortune we already have." -Penn LOL

Twins ila gipatupi the other went to a $5 parlor. Nobody on the street can tell the difference in the haircuts.

The point here is that we all want fortune. Who doesn't? But when people start exploiting these desires for financial gain it goes from good intentions to... um... something else.

example:
1. dili daw maayo duha ka doors sa usa ka balay mag-atbang.
2. dili daw maayo imong katre sa kwarto mag-atubang sa pultahan.
3 dili daw maayo ang septic tank naa sa atubangan sa imong balay

etc...
kung naa moy nahibaw-an, palihug ug sumpay...
