as much as Graham's review of the newly released valk's is concern, personally.. i think he could have been more partial, he pointed out design flaws of the 1/48s, yet failed to disclose some obvious concerns about the new one.. anyways, observation ko lang mga bro.. hate to be the spoiler: (i used graham, swoosh and those hi res pics from snack's link)
1. Confirmed issue as to pilot being tucked too forward.. but knowing yamato's intention of making the two seater, then yeah, i think that's okay.
2. Yamato may have incorporated a some of Zero mechs transformation to give it a shorter body in battroid mode, but created another problem. i'm talking about the roy's neck. it's literally sitting up high! when it should be hidden/depressed.. worst the in sideway perspective, nagproprotude fuselage sa neck. we all know it's already a common concern for the 1/48's need for side covers on the body, now for the new 1/60s medyo di lang ung katawan ung dapat takpan..

to put it simply, the new 1/60s have shorter body but long neck.. (now as to which is better, it's a matter of preference)
3. now here's what ticked me off a bit (para sa'kin lang) i can't understand why yamato's using normal silver type screws.. it apparently will make it even more visible.. dunno kung na ubusan kaya sila screws or what.
4. crocked pa rin ung skull isignia! they had no problems naman so far with their recent releases (esp the SVs), i dunno why they still messed it up again.
5. and the worst part

this one..
at least two early bird collectors have unfortunately end up breaking theres.. one (alex) even got one without a head! tsk tsk..
