Update: Should be a fun event - We will have someone to mix tunes for us while we are out talking and knowing the different car clubs of Cebu , like a big cookout with everyone parking cars in parking lot

Folks dont forget its happening this Sunday na august 10, Cicc parking lot - Motorcade starts at 12:30 - 2:00 and gates open 2pm to see various cars. Should be fun talking to a lot of old enthusiast, Cebu's history in Motoring, current enthusiast with newer tech, etc. Music, fellowship and Networking will surely happen.

This event marks a very important goal achieved in Cebu Motoring as most car clubs will converge in one parking lot to exchange thoughts, ideas, opinions, history and hopefully build one voice to better assist the public in Motoring.

"One thing that we want to consider is the role Cebu has played in motoring, did you know that the first grand prix held in the Philippines was in Cebu at the nra. It was a international field.

The second thing that we should consider is that we have a responsibility to be responsible. We need to educate our members to follow traffic rules and how to maintain, care and even gain knowledge about the cars that we love.

The third thing is to apply what we have to use. The very first car club in the Philippines was a group called The Cam Wreckers. It was led by the first international car champion 2 time Macau Grand Prix winner Dodjie Laurel, and Serge Osmena, as well as the father of Philippine Karting, whose name escapes me now. They had a civic action program wherein they volunteered to assist motorists especially on long weekends where there was a exodus of people to bagiuo, they set up first aid stations, mechanics station and believe it or not, they even had a driver available to drive for people who cgot intimidated by the kennon road.

The fourth thing is to organize with each other to do events. RThink of the possibilities, we could do Hillclimb, fun runs, and trivia rallies. we could do shows, charity events, our own signature sporting events, all with the goal of inspiring each other to be better".
