Cebu is not ready for anything near that (and will not in the next couple of years).
I believe, we will be happy when day come that we all have a normal, stable internet connection and phone service. As long this is not yet given, they should not even think about upgrading speed and whatever. They are anyway all money sucking *****s.

am i missing something here? or can your hard disk write at 5GBps for you to be able to download your high def movie in 2 secs? Last I heard the max write speeds on conventional drives deliver 70MBps to 150MBps.

if ingani gani muupgrade ta ug lan ky ako nadungan 1gbps ra ang kinadakan nya ang writing speed pa jd sa hardisk ky d mn sad makaabot ug 40gbps sayang lng ang extra bandwidth na d magamit.
