From what you have described it could be the processor heatsink not being seated properly and thus causing the restart.
I already tried Ubuntu live cd but it will restart also after loading Kernell... I cleaned the entire CPU, Heatsink and CPU fan, even remove the processor but still same result.

Do you have a chance to use temporary another power supply?
Also, I would try another harddisk too... There could be an error on the book sector, which still alow you to access the harddrive as slave without any error.

    Daghan possibilities ani.
    1. Could be bloated capacitors sa Motherboard. Check motherboard for bulged caps, if so, iparepair or buy a new motherboard.
    2. Could be overheat sa processor. Check the processor temperature sa BIOS. If sobra ra kainit, check the fan, and maybe replace the heatsink compound.
    3. Could be other hardware problem. Maybe naay guba nga hardware, or maybe corroded contacts sa hardware? Test basic hardware daw. Take off any other devices nakataod sa PCI, and use built-in videocard instead of AGP if possible.
    4. Could be IDE cable. Try another IDE cable. It could be loose or damaged. Just happened to me last month.
    5. Corrupt OS... but i guess you already checked that part.

Tried it already with other PSU. Harddisk is readble as slave in other computer.

What type of virus? How can we remove? Fresh intallation of Windows is not possible also as it will restart after loading Windows Setup drivers...

[QUOTE=poldopunk;3060087]your computer must've encountered a bluescreen or a stop error code but automatic restart may be enabled that is why computer cycles on a restart.

in the meantime, try booting to safe mode or safe mode with networking using the F8 key on your POST screen, if the bluescreen is kernel-wide, i'm sure the error would come up in safe mode but will not restart automatically. kung naa ka internet, safe mode with networking tapos, post here kung naa naka ana nga mode para ma check nato ang minidumps.

    QUOTE]

I already disabled the AUTOMATIC RESTART by pressing F8 key but it won't display any error code instead it will restart.
