PRC: How does someone who's in the States register for license

Hi guys, I just would like to ask if anybody knows kung unsa paagi sa pag kuha oath taking and registration for license if naa na sa states ang person? (nursing license diay) hope naa maka-help. thanks

with regards to the oath taking, you need to be present to administer it. it sounds silly though but rules is rules. once you finished with your oath taking, for sure it would take time for your license to be released, or should i say the process for that takes ages, in some applicant. so if you decided to go back in the states and you still don't have the necessary documents, you need to leave an authorization letter to anyone whom you'd like it to get from PRC. stating that you are authorizing so and so to get those documents in lieu of you and you may want to state some reasons for you not be able to get it personally. i knew someone who got the documents from PRC using the authorization letter. you can also use SPA - Special Power of Attorney, this if in case you need more legality for your documents.
