to avoid theft to your camera, i always bring it whenever i go out of the car... just bring your camera if ang imong lakaw is intended nga mogamit jud og camera... alang-alangan magdal-dala ka'g camera kung imong lakaw is mosimba ra or naa ka adtoon sa hospital, etc...
whenever you use your camera, always have a strap on it and wear it everytime you use the camera... para dili matagak...

btaw pud u cant prevent drawing out ur cam from ur bag..pero wat I meant is, dili lang siguro ipaklaro what kind of bag thats specifically for dslrs. they might be able to spot and identify a dslr bag for their target. Originally Posted by P-Chan

I've been to davao for the 1st time last month and mas comfy pa ko didto slinging my cam even didto sa Barkerohan Market. ok kaayo police visibility didto feeling gyud nimu safe ka. probably we have a security prob here in cebu or I dunno...just an opinion lang.
basta ako, observe lang gyud sa crowd before drawing out ur cam from ur bag and also dont get carried away sa momentum sa inyu shoot bcoz theres always another time. be vigilant. and as a fotographer, if u can spot a good angle, subject or composition so meaning u also have a keen eye for suspicious individuals

samurai ... inig kawat sa imo dslr (snatch or holdup or break-in ... depende sa imo lucky choice), kung pwede pa lang i baligya imo kalag sa buy and sell section ... apilon ug kawat!!!
sa davao, walay kawat kaayo (including DSLR) kay masakpan ... tiklo man kuno diretso!

up lang ko ani mga pips.. i jsut heard a story na naai gi kawat ang camera..
the story goes like this.. nag eat sila sa golden cowrie then nag da sila ug duha ka cam.. then luckily ang isa ka cam ila gi dala nila sa resutaorant then ang isa ka cam gi bilin.. then after pag balik nila gi boak ang ilang window sa car then ang na wala is the camera lang.. D70 ang unit.. with a vivitar na 100mm macro.. if naa mo kahibaw.an pa advise lang.. thanks..
