interest rate is 1.5% per month.
i think it's quite higher compared to balance transfer-BT but, here's to consider, no annual fee coz u dont need another card.next is, having another card to avail BT wont solve the problem. so this is an alternative.

the procedure is, u call the suncel number, then a representative can arrange a sked for docs pick-up.
wait for approval.docs are subject for approval.

by the way.the company is cagayn de oro based.just start operation in cebu, naa lang representative.
