a big possibility that your flyback is weak.tarzantech is right, you open the cover at the back and adjust the Focus knob located at the body of the flyback (the upper one,below is for screen) by turning clockwise or counterclockwise until the right focus is reached.If the failure seen again after days or a week then you have to replace the flyback.

Adjust fiirst the refresh rate if the problem still persist open the monitor then adjust one of the knob of flyback. Be careful the risk is yours watch-out on flyback high voltage.
