pwede tingali ni print out nga issue then hatag sa memoxpress.... sila na bahala ani... im also far away sa city na assign... pero if i have time... i will print this and give it to them... i will tell them...

ingani pud nahitabo sa ako-a sauna. MEMXPRESS SA SM. nayab-an ug tubig ang motorola V3 sa akong gf and since ang memxpress ra man daw ang certified mo-ayo ug mga motorola units, amo gipatan-aw didto. after an hour among gibalik and the tech said na ilisanan daw ug LCD...i was suprised why ang LCD ilisan when the celphone is not displaying any power (nothing happens if i-ON). i was expecting na motherboard or battery kay di gud mo-ON. 3,700 daw ang ilis sa LCD wala pay labot ang diagnosis. since kulang man akong money, ako nalang gi-pullout ang unit and nakabayad ug 400 plus for the diagnosis. pagpadong namo naug sa escalator, ni-ON bitaw na pag pislit nako..i really felt like i was cheated and gusto nako balikon ang memxpress para ipamukha nila na sayop sila. everything is working fine na...my gf said no and muuli nalang daw mi. i hope na ma-STOP NA KANANG ILANG PAGPANGILAD!!! if not, MAGABA-AN UNTA SILA UG BIGTIME!!!

that is why I am very hesitant with buying sony ericsson phones.... very bad support.

I bought my nokia 3110 there. no problems whatsoever.

I am just very apprehensive with SE phones....

i want to buy the w760i with GPS... but looking at the customer support....

I don't want to buy SE phones anymore.... I will stick with nokia for the time being...

i wonder how they got the certification for MOTOROLA...sila ra man daw ang certified na mookab diri sa cebu...everytime makaagi mi dra kay makaimagine ko pila na ka customer ilang nabiktima...

what i dont get is why go to memexpress for SE phone repair, why not go to SE directly?

sila jud ang SONY ERICSSON OUTLET dri sa cebu if im not mistaken infact dako kaayo SONY ERICSSON NAKATATAK SA PULTAHAN NILA. IF bag-o ka u wont know nga MEMOXPRESS diay ni sila...
