in your case dili pod ka ma apply sa other category that falls sa first to fourth preference, i guess the only viable option is for ur tiya to petition ur mom or dad as the case may be, then your parents to petition you which is a quite long process. mas dali pa kon you get a good course then apply for H1b category that takes a year or a couple of yers to wait.
