Hi guys! We need help...


my students are looking for a single room apartment, or a house, or a condo unit, or a pad that's SEMI / FULLY FURNISHED. we'll be needing it for about 3 years starting October this year.

+ has to be within the city, preferably in Lahug, Capitol or Guadalupe Area
+ should be in a secure area / neighborhood
+ within close walking distance to taxis / jeepneys
+ for single / double occupancy only
+ has to be semi or fully furnished
+ will be rented / occupied starting October 2008
+ budget: P10,000 - P13,000 per month

if it's unfurnished, budget will be 6-9k/month. main requirement is safety and convenience or easy access to public transpo since most of my clients won't have a car til they are able to settle down.

the place doesn't have to be posh or something. what's really important is that it's safe and clean. we'd love to check unfurnished units if the price is lower than 8-7k / month.

currently, naa koy pad pa abang near guadalupe, banawa , near jollibee......
very accesible sa jeepneys, and inside in a quiet and secure neighborhood --mga 1-2 minute walk ra for jeepneys and taxis

it has 2 rooms, a kitchen ,sala and a bathroom --- semi-furnished, naa na ref and etc....its available now koz ang naka rent before (foreigner) naa na sila house,its around 12k,

BETTER IF U SEE THE PLACE, I THINK YOU WILL REALLY LIKE IT...KOZ DAGHAN GUSTO MO ABANG BUT I PREFER ONE TO TWO PERSONS LANG OR THREE WILL DO BSTA NOT THAT COMPLICATED LANG ..hehehe
