why is it that most of the bands in cebu is doing cover?

For me I am a member of the death metal band b4 sa CIT we do the cover not just bec. of our influences but just to make sure that everyone of us really know how to use instrument/play the music bec. of our first lineup nabantayan nako na naa juy dili kamao mosipra and thats mean 'yabo' ang resulta if ever dili mo kamao mocover yabo jud mo! Thats y I believe every band doing cover b4 they make their own compo.
