NLE first before other exams. it's plain and simple thinking. it's the easiest and cheapest exam. if u fail nclex, u can still work in philippine hospitals. nclex is only for us. there are many more other countries that can compensate you far more than US. most of these countries would require a homeland license. trust me. i'm in one of those countries right now.

UC MAIN, UC BANILAD, UC LM, UV MAIN, AND SWU... they are really far from each other.... so i can't tell u wer u could stay... besyds u will only knw wer ur venue will be 3 days before the exam....

NLE FIRST... esp no dat the NLE is NCLEX based it would be easier for you to take the NCLEX.... NCLEX is harder... it is mostly SATA (SELECT ALL THAT APPLIES) questions... so mas NOSEBLEED xa compared sa NLE.... US dis days require NLE passers.... ask jhay... gi lisod2 xa kay wla xa license gi pass.... kay wla pa gi release sa PRC kay na guba ang printing machine.....

    hehehehe simang nsad noh....

    GOOD LUCK!!!!

korek @ estorya! mostly except sa California state na they will ask ra sila letter ngano wa ka take NLE but naa pa sila letter ask pod sa PRC, i suppose. most of the state ky naa VERIFICATION SA PRC RECORDS pls. pag-collect sa mo sa tanan na application na state inyo na huna-hunaan ug basaha pag au ang reqs.

katong usa sa ni comment dri na ang Illinois state ky wa manginahanglan....ambot lang kung true ba na. I have been registered since 2003 sa ila board but when i tried to comply der reqs ky naa sila form and gipada to nako sa PRC.

uban state need lang ug CES, ang uban ky CGFNS ang uban ky letter of explanation lang sa PRC or cert....

do ur research, but kung ako lang...better gihapon na registro ka sa pinas bisan d ka practice. d ka dihado ug at least naa gamay value imo propesyon.

kanus-a lang ni? when nahitabo na needed na ang NLE sa pag comply ug green card sa US? naa ba connection ang duha? correct me if m wrong pls...

ang permanent residency/green card depende unsa na clase but mostly for nurses naa employer dri ky E32 na meaning employer based and subject to certain terms and conditions. Ang mo comply sa petition requirements ky ang employer nimo. now, on ur part e-ask ra ka kung unsa imo needed i-submit for the immigration like visa screen, CG(if needed), ur personal docs like birth, marriage, dependents docs too etc..

basi pasabot ani na pagcomply pa lang nimo sa pagka nurse padung gawas? sakto ba ako sabot?

in my own understanding, some states sa US karon naga require na ug NLE and local experience before they allow the nurses to sit for an NCLEX exam. AFAIK, the only route for Nurses in applying for US is the I-140 route or I-140 and I-485 pag naa na sa US. For newly grads wishing to go to US, it will still be a long way.
