Pero sa aking experience...u can render it not active or dormant
you can do this by closing or maybe blocking the ajna chakra
pranically or even by a acupuncture needle

woah heavy.. so how and where do i do that? and do they take credit cards? hehe .. really?
what i do is i try to block it out mentally sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. but at least its not as bad anymore.thanks for the info ill look it up.
