what are your requirement/s? minimum income? do you help process the docs@ Pagibig?
am into investing...my income allows me to do that...am not liquid in terms of cash but 12k/month i think i can allocate that amount/month...
i have already 3 raw land investment (done paying last year
- just waiting for the transfer of ownership ds month) and its my last year payment with my insurance/pension with a certain company
am looking for another investment starting Oct. this year...but since there's no DP...i believe i'll be good on this one...

Thank you for your reply sir. Anyway, we have already discontinued our 12k/mo Pag-ibig promo several months ago after reaching 90% sales of the Ramos Tower condotel.
