Halos doble sa presyo atung sa una nga sige pa kog palit ug gamit. Di lalim ma buk-an ug cymbals.

Nakatawa sab kos imong gisulti nga naay naka bugto sa imong bass strings - ang mga baga pa gyud. Labi na nang 5th. Pwerteng baga-a na anang kwerdasa, ma bogto pa gyud.

i totaly understand the point of HOI... i really dont understand nganu mga buak nang mga cymbals bai.. i wud understand cguro nga ma buak ang bass drum.. hehe (kay kasuway na ko prmi ana)

We used to charge only P20 for stick rental and that was when we were charging P200/hour for rehearsal. We cut the rate down to P150/hour and still only charged P20 for stick rental. Sad to say, a lot of the bands abuse our equipment and we cant cover the expenses - the sticks being one of those equipments. So, rather than raising our rates back (and have all the bands pay for the other bands faults), we just increased the rental prices for sticks since that was the main problem.

Amazingly, its not always that easy to tell which drummers know how to hit. As far as the quality of the sticks..again, its not our fault, it was the band before you that rented those sticks, not us (and you should know that we aren't renting out just any generic cheap a** sticks...those actually break more often and end up costing more). Do you really expect we rent out new sticks every time? If money was no object then it wouldn't be a problem, however, thats not the case now, is it?

I'm glad this discussion is taking place. We love criticism and we would want to improve each bands experience here. But you know, it's easy to point to us and tell us that we aren't taking care of the customers properly nor do we take care of our facility right. See it from our point of view..we want to promote the music scene here and were doing that by having our rates really low so any band can come in..BUT, we have a lot of expenses and if you haven't seen yet, we are looking at the big picture, and that is: KEEPING THE RATES LOW. Sure, you may spend an extra P50 for drumstick rental, but do you do that every time? No. (By the way, we also charge P20 for guitar strings..and do you guys break the strings each time as well? No.)

Bottom line is, we can't do it alone. If you (I'm not directing this post solely at you rAnzter but to all the bands) want a better experience here at our studio, keep in mind the next time you come in that someone is going to rent after you guys. Now, do you want to be known as the band that caused us to raise our prices back? I wouldn't.

but bro what happens d.i sa mga nangaboak nga cymbals? ug nangabali nga sticks?? don't you require them to replace? or pay for it? other band rentals has this policy "break it replace it.." wa d.i mo ana??

in my entire 9 yrs as a drummer any genre wa pajud tawn ko naka guba nor naka liki ug cymbals...
U don't have to spank it that much just to make good sound... tsk3x...
