OT:
No boo and monster inc has been one of my fave animated movies.
Anyway, I am not sure really but i think they're just trying to have reserve applicants for future agent turnovers... which is very inevitable in SupportSave. I bet you know that employee turnover in call center industry is quite high. The same thing with SupportSave and the common reason why an agent resign is the WORKING ENVIRONMENT itself. Who could work in a poorly ventilated area? NO ONE, right?
I work in this God Forsaken company but it's cool. I stayed because of my team and of the account I/ we handle. We have a fan to ease the HEAT!!!
Hahahaha... a fan! That's insane, even at school, we have ACs in every room.
