Maayo gyud unta nga makasugod na kag negosyo bro samtang nagtrabaho pa ka. Kun duna kay masaligan diri sa Pinas nga mauy mopadagan sa imo 300k, (bisag sa pag money market na lang), mas maayo. Padayon lang sa sa imo panrabaho diha sa Dubai.

Sa dihang nag offer bitaw ako gitrabahuan ug early-retirement years ago, daghan kaayo ning-avail kay medyo taas man pud ang rate. Daghan employees nang-retire kay gusto magnegosyo lagi. Naay nag taxi business, naghimog apartment, naghimog car shop, nag convenient store etc kay milyon man daw ila nadawat. Karon kasagaran nila naglisud gyud, (ang booming ra gyud ang nagpa 5'6, hehe). Ang ako lang punto nga paninguhaa lang nga makasugod na gyud kag negosyo anang imong 300k karon, bisag ang 150k lang sa (sama sa internet cafe ni saulrhyz, peace bro), pero padayon lang sag trabaho just in case dili motubo imo negosyo; para nakay fallback ba.

Bro Im currently working here in qatar as a property inspector pero i was in the IT company before in cebu and im planning on doing business also when i come home in cebu. How about IT outsource nlang bro? its a good business nowadays. partner ta if you're interested. fifty-fifty ta. i have so much ideas about these things coz mao na akong sideline when i was still working as an IT guy in a call center. and kapoy na work ngari sa qatar oi init kaayo.

Well, well, well......with a gentle squeeze of your gray matter, you 300th can still go along way as far as boarding house business is concern, rent 1 big house then ideally one which is near the city then offer it for rent, if there is vacant lot in it, you can construct a flat or more depending on space available. If you want to buy the lot itself then gather individuals with same interest as your to pool your resources for that same purpose, with 300 th investment share among you, you can grow big in the business.

Sus bai, ayaw jud uli sa ato-a wa jud.. lisud kaayo... agwanta lang kay di enough ang 300k. Ani na lang tiguma na imo 300k unya padak-a pa na kay kulang ipalit ug house and lot kay ang kusog karon sa ato boarding house and real estate na negosyo.

ayaw padala sa imo gibati, be strong and wa ta kabalo kana imo sweldo sa dubai mo dako pa na... i've heard almost all of the companies in dubai they have an increment sa ila employees... 10% to 50% ang increase this year. Ulahi ra ba ang pag basol.
