    Naa 5% discount if you pay within 30 days after signing the contract, you pay Php 74,100.00 instead of Php 78,000.00

    tsk tsk tsk... nag tan-aw kos floor plan murag maglisod man tag bahin to make 2 small rooms. maalihan man ang doors sa CR ug Kitchen.

    pwede ba nga ipa balhin daan ang CR sa pikas side? making it directly opposite sa main door. unya ang door sa CR kay adto na agion sa may kitchen area... I think ingon ani ang sa Aldea (katong studio type nila) ug layout daan. Sa ingon ani, dili na maka gasto ug parenovate renovate na pud ang owner para lang mabalhin ang doors.

    i inquire the developer about this, they mention na ang CR is opposite the main door and the door of the CR is inside the kitchen and not in front of the sala

    This is not the final lay-out, the model house will not look like this

    Yes, payment puede i-direct sa developer, ang tawag ani "in-house financing", but the rate is different compare to pag-ibig

    below is the details of the in-house financing

    For In-house financing spot cash or full payment within 30 days
    a 5% discount on contract price of Php 448,000.00, a discount of Php 22,400.00 is deducted from the sum total of contract price and PF/Misc (Processing Fee and Miscellaneous), that is, Php 448,000.00 plus Php 40,000.00, so the total payment is Php 465,600.00 instead of Php 488,000.00

    been der yesterday sa bougainvillea village..nagsugod na sila sa 10 units...
    wat i saw man gud gilahi ang entrance sa cr ug kitchen...

    possible ba sa uban na mga units ila tukoron or maka request ba ta na ang door sa cr is inside sa kitchen?
