Jesus was the Son of God.He is true God and true Man. Jesus is also a Jew. Based on Jewish Law and Custom, males should cut their hair and not shaved their beard. Jesus when he was alive wore a short hair and not shaved his beard. The picture that we have for Jesus today is the artist depiction that Jesus was not a warrior but a Man of Peace. Warriors during his time (Roman soldiers) wore short hair or no hair at all because long hair is a warriors weakness. Jesus, the Son of God wore a short hair.And by the way, his wounds should be on his wrist not in his palm.
