    Try Manila or Cebu then Cebu to Manila....

    Or you could provide a server for the public to traceroute to. The current traceroute to your web servers just gives me more hops from the US to the PH than PLDT. Are you reselling Pacific internet services or is this just another name for Pacific Internet?

    That is a given that hops will vary depending on where I am in the US, but once it is time to shoot those packets across the ocean, your links still go through the same links as every other ISP in the PH ... your packets still go through the Globe network. So while you can market reliability and service, when it gets down to the guts of it, you still rely on the backbones of the major Philippine telecoms.
