a part of that vat includes pollution pay tax.(you pay for the pollution you cause) if you remove the vat, its as if your saying you dont want to pay your fine for polluting. the implementing of that law is the problem.not the tax.

for me ang suspension for temporary lang gyud osa ang vat diri sa side sa gasolina lang gyd osa. dili man tanan nga paliton tangtangan and this is for temporary lng... para sad maka feel ang mga consumers ug gaan gaan. and dili sad mg sige ug saka ang pamasahe..
