you see when you are a nurse anethesist. your insurance payment will be higher than a ward nurse.

even if you know what you are doing and there will be no lawsuits.

Every month you pay insurance... lawsuit or no lawsuit.... so meaning your take home pay will be deducted.

I am not saying every month you get LAWSUITS.... What I am saying every month you pay insurance just to protect you from damage suits. Whether you are sued or not. The insurance collects money from you....

well, if u bought an add-on to what ur employer has set for u....i guess, mao gyud na imo kapa-ingnan, bayad ka of course! as the saying goes, u can never have it all...pero mas higher lang imo position and kung maka-out weigh ang benefits kay sa imo sige pag bayad ug additional insurance fee, ngano ika-reklamo mn nimo na diba? still i wud go for it, if it means stability for one's self n family. mas better to look at things in a greater picture cguro rather than staying as an ordinary bedside US-RN for years.

comment lang ko sa mga taw na mo pursue ani na field na maau man pod na direction sa kinabuhi.

i agree with you... A nurse should pursue greater career

I was only pointing out what you were not able to mention. I feel the same that insurance is a PAIN for healthcare professionals.

i also suggest that you have kids first before enrolling yourself in the course. my uncle's bestfrend & his wife are anestheologist and they said that if ever you are planning to have kids, have kids now because the anesthesia causes neurologic effects on the fetus or even possible sterility to the health practitioner.
