brod, kung ang problema nimo ky makamata ka after 4 hours, ayaw lang bangon... chilll2 lang sah sa kama, mka tug ra ka balik ana. even going to the bathroom can make it hard for you to go back to sleep again. nkasuway ko na mubangon ko para muabli sa bintana nya bisan unsa ko giduka di na ko katug balik.

mau ni akong dilemma before. graveyard shift ko then inig abot sa balay, usahay di ko ka-sleep.
bro don't engage in strenuous activity like exercising before you go to sleep. it will make you tired but it wont guarantee to make you sleepy. lisud i-sleep if your heart is active. warm glass of milk is very effective. get yourself into light & relaxing clothings and most of all, don't push yourself into thinking that you have to sleep now. usahay ma-stress imong utok cge huna-huna nga kinahanglan matulog naka. di hinuon ka ka-sleep.my2cents!
ang prob is if active kaayo ang imo brain mao na dugay maka tulog even on regular hours, mao na importante nga i relax imo mind..
also, deep breathing exercise diay is effective in relaxing your mind. murag shutdown mode para sa utok. mau ni exercise para sa insomiahon inig padung tulog nila.
Pag valium para dali ra ..
kanang pag aircon lang sa imong room para himbing jud kaayo imong tulog bisag daytime![]()
warm bath, warm milk, comfy clothes, comfy bed, dark, cool, and quiet bedroom..
akong buhaton para maka-sleep ko (akoa ra ni ha) kay mu-basa ug boring novels or mga textbooks sa school..
