    - yes, we do earn the right to choose his/her work schedule

You mean to say ang employee will just log in anytime of the day for as long as he/she accomplishes 8hours/day? Or does it mean employees have the option to choose the schedule first and once signed up already, he/she's required to report on that said schedule based on contract?

    yup, just do make a follow.up

    people get do busy sometime to most of the time. making follow.up calls only shows that your interested in working with the company. but not to the extent that your already annoying.

    its also good to be frank. ask them if you pass or not. getting straight to the point always saves you time and effort.
