kicker user here..... I use the comps myself. They are the entry level subs na gi offer sa kicker. They are not the loudest but satisfied man ko sa bass (I'm not into much bass as I used to be....).

It doesn't mean that kicker is bati, it just means it's widely used here in Cebu. Kicker is a popular brand for a reason. It's a solid sub.

@Jeffcee, kicker comps are good especially if you don't have a high wattage amp driving them. I know the 10" kicker comps are SVC 150watts rms each.

@john. ok, ok, ok. I'll bring my car. sometimes it's a pain in the butt bringing a huge car day in day out. hehehe. I have a meeting at 3pm on saturday which really throws my schedule off. I wanted to try out my new box and have it upholstered (i'm tired of looking at raw MDF in the back. hehehe. I'm going to to try to buy some suede tonight and hopefully i can start some up upholstery tonight. I'm starting to not like the look of the rear, i really have to do something about it.

it may mean several things bro...

1. no more car audio hobby, so no more need for equipment (i.e. gipul-an na)
2. outgrown existing setup, need to upgrade (to louder system)
3. to try different brand, kay there are more brands to choose from nowadays
4. to save money (e.g. give up subs for more space and lighter car, etc.)
5. need money

i've always been a kicker product user (esp subs) and until i find a better brand, i'll stick to it.
my first subs were 10" kicker comps way, way back. naka-try sad ko ug 3 ka 12" jl audio pero kulangan ra ug power para nako (kani laging hilig magpa-pansin hehehe!). finally i got my hands on my dream sub - a 15" L7. ever since, mao na ni akong gipangita c",) i got 3 of these now pero 2 lang ang naka-install.
