ouch.. have you heard of any musician who never started from grassroots? all of them have got to admit that once in their lives, they were wannabees... learnin songs from famous musicians, most commonly, foreign. any song or music that you adore "per se" started from the basic notes and chords. all of these notes are done and redone depending on the style of the artist hence the fruit "song" done by musicians. all of us got to start somewhere.. unless you deny that, i gotta tell you, you'll never get to where you're goin.. as our national hero would say.... what you must look into and appreciate totally are the artists who at least tried to make a difference though it might not be that big...

some people dont like reggae because of the redundant backbeats. but some people are lured into the beat as well.. this is now the challenge of reggae musicians.. on how they can produce an album that can make the listenin experience enjoyable or pleasurable to the ears.... leave junior kilat alone... they have their own needs.... if there is one band who can follow the lead for the quality of music that big mountain or stell pulse has brought us, i believe there could be none other than burnin' culture. if only they'd be given that one chance to make it happen without steppin on people, i'd say they'd certainly make it to the top without even kissin' other people's ass. they got great potential and i'm optimistic on it. lets see..
