working in call center may require knowledge/intelligence etc...(all work need these)
but if you get those same problems everyday, every week, every month, I guess it does not need knowledge or intelligence but good memory.

they offer for TSR 2 position after 6mos, but I declined.. because I was not planning it to be my
long term job. I was looking for a job before that can challenge of what I have learned from college, and I found it already.

Do I need to try?

wow congrats!! la ka ni ask brad unsa na nga TSR level imo ka sturya? hehe layu ramn na TSR 2 woi.. hehe every TSR level kai kailangan mu agi DCSE so ambot lang pila na kaha ka DCSE course na agi-an ana niya.. na hurot na cguro tanan modules
