I don't see the government siding on innovations because Caltex, Shell, and Petron are major players in RP's economy. It's a big slap economically if these companies will start losing. Plus there's OPEC so di basta basta makasupport ang government sa alternative fuels. I'm not sure about OPEC's mechanisms pero I suspect mao na ang rason nganong napasagdan ang mga alternative fuel proposals.
