Rgds,
@olmightysmiter time deposit sa bank I think is gamay ra kaayo nag interest para ingon ana na investment. Usually dili pa gani na sila mo sugot. Time Deposit at max mo hatag ug 4% per annum which if computed will double your money in 18 years pero mag require og at least 500,000 or 1,000,000 na e deposit.
Why not try mutual funds. Mo yield ug from 8% to 12% more or less and ang minimun investment is 5,000 pesos (doubles money in 6 or 9 years). Just ask financial advisers and brokers about mutual funds. They can be your guide and help you decide.
First time nako abroad, pag sweldo nako time deposit dayon 50, thousand, sus... ang tubo 100 ra kapin for 60 days term, unya tawag pa ko long distance follow-up, sus, dako pa ako tawag bayad kaysa interest, ako nalang gi pa auto compound oi, para wa nay follow up follow-up, ma alkanse man nuon ko adtong kalakiha
@martianboy.. suway ug mutual funds. ^_^
asa man nindot e mutual fund uy? advised sad mo
naay nindot ron nga bag-ong products sa mga insurance companies... it's mutual funds and insurance in one... pm nya if interested mo...
@cherie... don't take richdad187 the wrong way... he's actually right... let me rephrase his statement... MONEY IS IMPORTANT IN ALL ASPECTS OF OUR LIVES... from the food we eat, to our clothes, the house we live in, the time we spend with our friends, the transportation cost needed in going to work (you said you love your work) and all the things we encounter everyday - all these require money... without money, do you think you'd survive in this world
maybe... thru generous donations of others... but can you really live
live to your hearts content without money?! NO! so, try to check out what richdad is trying to say... he's not telling you to quit your job. he's just suggesting that you find ways to make your money grow without you working more for it... having lots of money doesn't necessarily mean its evil... KEEPING ALL THE MONEY TO YOURSELF IS EVIL. but if you have lots of money and use that money to reach your dreams and help others, then money is not evil...
it's used for the greater good naman... d ba
so, what do you think
try to open your mind lang... bsan gamay... and i know, that if you do open your mind, you'll learn to agree with us...
peace![]()
