think of those stepping as MAJOR REVISIONS sa imong processor...normally its in the manufacturing aspect of the processor...for example from 90nm etching to 65nm etching sa circuits on silicon wafer substrate...mao na ang latest revision is lesser iyang TDP kaisa nag una niya...naa sad gamai nga changes on the instruction pipelines...
