    water mideast is not expensive, the comparison between water in mideast and gasoline.. says that gasoline is bit cheaper than water.. 1 bottle of mineral water mideast costs 12pesos which almost same price with Philippines..
    and to add your info.. walay silay problema sa tubig, infact compared to manila na walay halos tubig kay walay agas..
    Remember MidEast is a rich country, they earned billions of dollars with their oil..
    so they can afford to engineer and developed there country to distribute water...

    This is the typical scenario (basic form):

    Loop();
    Middle East sells oil.
    They put small interest for needs and payment for efforts only.
    US declares war.
    Middle East hears the declaration.
    Both sides prepare for battle.
    Ammunition, supplies, machines.
    US gets oil from Middle East to power their machines.
    War is initiated and held in the Middle East.
    War heats up.
    It heats up more.
    Cools off for the moment.
    Damages:

    -US: machinery, soldiers

    -Middle East: houses, homes, buildings, machinery, people, civilians, engineers, hospitals, doctors,
    soldiers, root crops, livestock, trees, fruits, vegetables, food, paper, bills, clothes,
    stores, malls, local shops, highways, bridges, roads, streets, walls, watch towers,
    grass, computers, laptops, desktops, servers, burgers, meat, pets, playstations,
    refrigerators, TVs, radios, broadcast antennas, offices, chairs, tables, electric fans,
    game boy advance, PSP consoles, pillows, beds, bikes, cars, guitars, violins, pianos,
    organs, mouse pads, grandfather clocks, museums, and papaya lotions.

    Replenishment costs:

    - US: estimated to be about $4 million

    - Middle East: (O_O)

    Middle East, realizing their state of calamities, demands additional prices.
    US has replenished.
    War re-initiated.
    Goto Loop();
