Software to RIP songs from IPOD

I have my entire collection on my Ipod, was wondering, if I accidentally erase songs from my PC i can recover the songs from my Ipod, is it possible?

I have and Ipod Video and Itouch.

for mac i use senuti (Senuti - Download)
for pc i use SharePod (SharePod)
or the winamp plugin ml_ipod (ml_ipod: Because Winamp does your music better.)
