I'm not so sure if this is gonna be a big event. Imagine the monthly lanparties with bfwgaming.com there are really few people attending.
I guess the attandance would be no different compared to the monthly lanparties.
So this certainly would need for bigger ads and promotions
If this would gonna be a big event.

I think if we have more GAME competitions in the event, we should be attracting more gamers.. but then again, not a lot of gamers have their own rig to bring so that's the puzzling part...
seriously speaking, not a lot of people in this country has the capacity to bring their own computers (if they even have one) to other places other than home...
but nevertheless, i'm supporting this! hopefully it won't conflict with work! lolz

500 seems a lot. Why not have the internet cafe's participate? It would be free advertising for them. There are a lot in Cebu. have them bring at least 5 rigs each with their best players then have a tournament, have them compete. Winner gets the whoop ass internet cafe award! Not bad, don't you think?

Internet cafes will be part of it and for those nga walay rigs can join their fav internet cafe in signing up.
I dont think 500 is a lot really, its just matter of us helping each other. Istorya has more than 500 members and those members have more than 10-20 friends who have PCs, students, office mates, neighbors etc.. its just a matter of communicating and spreading the word.
Together, 500 is achievable basin if we do it right abot pata 1000 lolz
