try to isolate the problem lang bai. if naa kay laing set of computer mas maayo...

ako gi buhat before, gi try sah nako og taod ang monitor sa lain pc (kay gikuyawan ko atong tyma if ang monitor guba, mahal raba au ang lcd if ni-on ang monitor, my next culprit were the RAMs, i have 2 rams, so ako gi tagsa-tagsa og butang. fortunately, ni-ok man. so gi try nasad nako og butang ang duha, ni-ok nasad....

that was my situation.... if ever la ghapon, next culprit will be the video card.... try it on other system nasad...

if ok ra ghapon ang vcard, try og ilis ang psu, basin dili na makahatag og enough power (guba na). if d ghapon mo-on, that means its either you cpu og mobo ang naa deperensya...

Watch for the color, if it is steady (orange) or blinking. If it is a steady orange, you can check your monitor by using a different CPU. If it works, then the problem is not your monitor. Check to see if your CPU is very dusty, there are some cases where they vacuum out the dusts and then it started working. Yes, check for lose cables. If these don't solve the problem, check your power supply unit. If the PSU is fine, then it's a problem with your motherboard.

There are certain models that randomly suffers problems like this. Check your PC model and Google it.

Sak2 daghan factors, pero try 2 check sad if the redlight is steady not blinking, and the green light is blinking nag bali bahh coz if that happens wa jud niya na detect ang videocard nimo usually na sa mga wala nag gamit ug builtin videocard prone kaau na cla sa mga display problems due to wala ma tarong ug taud sa slot or grounded bah...o guba ba ang vc etc...

Pero for me its the mobo or the PCI/AGP slot has a problem if for the first time nimo gamit sa mobo that occur already.

Troubleshooting:

-Start with power (if no power, probable ps problem)
-With Power but no beep and no display, try removing memory, and turn it on (if it beeps tooooot, toooot, toooot, then clean your memory using pencil eraser "clean those teeth"
-If it doesn't beep, probable busted speaker or motherboard
-If the beep is different, try cleaning video card
-Try reset cmos battery, if it still doesn't work, remove cmos battery
-Check chipsets if it turns very hot (probable motherboard)
