what does a visitor's highlighted(boldfaced font) name on my profile mean ?

I think bold-faced handles/names, whether appearing on your profile or on the main board, simply means that that person has a "C.I.A." ranking. Ergo, if it's yellow-orange, the person is a paying/premium membter, if it's green, it means a moderator has been viewing your profile. And, if it's red, it's Vern.
