My boss has already the list of the tech support agents that will be hired
hopefully they will start on agust as well

u mean u will no longer be calling other applicants for the tech support position since ur boss already has the list for those who will be hired? i submitted my resume last week pa but i never received a call from lexmark.

There are already short listed applicants who were chosen for this position
however, if one or more of these applicants, back out during the JO
then we will be looking for a replacement

The tech dept for lexmark is still growing, which means we will be needing more applicants
for the 2nd batch

so dont loose hope
