just a noob question. if i happen to decide to get an nvidia card and not use the igp. do i have to uninstall the driver of the igp and then install the driver of the nvidia card? or just turn-off the igp at bios?

nice question
first thing to do is install the VC
turn off the IGP sa bios
un-install the ati drivers and CCC
install the nvidia driver
