yellow line and white lines sa canduman..
single yellow line = no u turn
double yellow line = no overtaking
white line = marker
enlighten me pls... coz f u put a yellow line sa canduman st. its 2 lane street most mo agi na road ang habal2x and tricycle and huge trucks murag dli jud na pwede. white line pa cguro pwede.
its not just whether there are lines or not. its reinforcement as well. the general impression is, if walang bantay, the laws are broken.
if governments are serious about job creation, traffic enforcement is an area that could use more people. as long as training is real so they really know what they're doing.
slightly OT, i was so happy one day when drivers at the a.s. fortuna/h. cortez intersection were pulled over for beating the red light. cebu drivers abuse the yellow light so much so that even if their light is red, they still cross the intersection. many mishaps and would be mishaps are caused by this.
i don't care if the granting of driver's licenses and obeying traffic rules have become jokes in this country. ignorance of the law is not. safety is no joke either. please be responsible.
Yellow lines are important, at least if nai prob....maka ingon gyud ka nga
"Hoy lapas naman ka sa Linya" or maybe " Hoy, sayop ko sorry...."
abusado nang mga jeep sa a.s. fortuna nga padung foodland. its a 3 vs 1 lane.... 2vs2 man unta na. gikawat man ang usa.
naa pa isa lain traffic lines - a series of short white lines paralleled by a solid yellow line. This is common in long distance trips. This means overtake with extreme caution
