    We might don't know what would be the real thing between "you're not fired" and "ni resign ka" from that defense of yours, whatever it is, the readers could still be able to distinguished that you might have been fired out just by reading to your first post.

    And we really don't care if you are doing good enough with your business right now, If you can afford to have a business from the very beginning you should not applied for a job or maybe it is just your another way of saying that you are much better than your "ex-General Manager".

    Goldfinger? migo man mi ana.. nagkaila mi dire sa VN but ga una ko niya og pila ka days dire. so... months nako kapin... pareho pud mi webdesigner so nalipay kaayo ko nga naa koy pareho nako og trabaho. we talked about our clients also.. some are good clients and some are not...

    I have no grudge against you bai... basta lang.. kabalo ko kung unsay nahitabo nmo dire.. and my respect for you is still intact. I won't tell in this forum or to other people about the real score... that's part of my respect for you...

    ang akong point lang bai is... ni exit naka dire sa among company... and the company just let you go without anything against you... way gipanulte nga bati about nimo ang company og ang mga empleyado...

    so.... bisan sa ako nalang bai.. respetaray nalang ta.. just think nalang nga naa pako dire sa company imong gi work-kan before.... though among operations manager imong gikalagutan... still he represents the company we are working for.... let's just respect each other....

    based on experience man tingali ila bro. and also depende pila imung previous salary. naa koy amiga nag work sa VN. ok ra man daw. dili daw pressure. once a month ang shifting. funny lang coz my friend told me that gi-prioritize nila hire ang mga girls. ngano kaha?

    ako lang ni e klaro ha. Vanilla Networks is a fair employer. Sa pagkakaron, gi prioritize og hire ang mga girls sa CSR nga position kay ang mga clients nag need man gud og mga female nga CSR but wala pud mag ingon nga dili cla mo hire og mga male CSR. In fact, naa nay nadawat napud nga CSR nga male. apply lang gud mo. anyways, kung nindot jud inyong experience. bisan male pamo dawaton jud mo.
