-When a guy asks you to leave him
alone, he's just actually
saying, "Please come and listen to me."
=> This so does not mean what it is. When guys say "leave me alone", they really do mean to say to leave them alone. Why? It's because they need to time to themselves to sort out the shit of a mess that they got themselves into, or wtf went wrong. Time alone(not too long though), is necessary to figure stuff out. and it's better if the other person whom he thought caused the problem is not there so as to avoid entertaining any further angry thoughts whilst trying to resolve the issue
-When a guy tells you that you are
beautiful, don't say you aren't. It
makes them want to stop telling you
because they don't want you to
disagree with them.
Again, this is not always true. some, if not all, girls say "dili uy" or etc. as either 1.) a ploy to get you to say more good/great things about them or 2.) just to be modest although they appreciate the compliment deep down inside. I think the more appropriate example would be the uncompromising attitude when women want something and the guy wants the other thing. it's like most guys can't win when it boils down to that kind of argument. seriously! what is up with that?
