ako nag ibog lang gyud ko sad... kay katong akong friend sa wala pa sila mag put-up sa ilang business nag kuyog2x man gyud ko ad2 nla hangtud sa pag palit sa mga units sa iyang shope before...

so ni abot sa akong huna2x then ask him... required pa diay ang pag pa member sa ICAC... nga business permit man ang atong gi apas ana.. ingon sya nako nga dili daw sila mo release sa official permit kung wala ang Certificate sa ICAC nga naka pa member naka did2..

unsa man diay na ang ICAC pug-sanay?... then pag ka human ad2 wala man gyud nya gi pa member kay dako ra gyud kaau ang 3000 para lang sa membership nla...

mao nana ang issue kanang microsoft ang pag pasar ug balaod nga 50meters man daw to then katong mga students under age pa mga elemtary or highskol... dili na pwd maka sulod sa internet shops..

kung sakto na ang gi ingon dha sa babaw nga stated..."kuwang pa ang 3000 para sa mga coucilors para dili sila mo pasar sa law about that crap." mura raman na ug nang ngurakop sila party anang mga issue...

para nako... sa issue nga e ban ang mga student sa mga internet shops... labi na high skol.. sus... unya ang mga skol karon labi na mga teacher or instructor nga mga arte kaau... ma ngita raba ug Computerize projects...

ayaw ko ug ingna palitan nla ug tag-sa2x ang mga bata ug mga PC katong dili maka afford...

then naa sad naka ingon nako... usa ka businessman ug naa sad shop diri sa CEBU, inila na ni sya basin gani kaila mo dili lang ko mo tell sa name... ingon sya nako ICAC is a waste of money daw... ga dugang2x lang daw sa gasto.. wala pa gyud selbi...

mao rana... kay ga libog lang ko mo process ka ug business permit labi na internet shop imo venture... REquire naman noon ang pag pa member... (unya kung dili gyud diay ko mag pa member but-anay diay... so it means dili sad sila mo issue ug permit nako...) ang labas PUgsanay diay na...

yeah, youre very right bai.


if they shall stop those students from going into internet cafes, they wont learn computers, and they shall become ingnorant on high technologies like computers. so output will be, they wont be competitive individuals to other countries.

computer is one of the most important to learn. everyone must know it deeply.

mao gyud bro i suggest pwede man cguro ta mag buhat ug ato as an istoryan organization where in ato2x lang para somehow makatabang2x sad ta regarding sa mga problema sa atong icafe .. if naa man unta count me in.. thanks sa mga ideas bro i am new in this business it counts!! mabuhay istoryans!!..

ICAC would have done better protecting the internet cafe business here in Cebu. They were already connected with City Hall, they could have reach to a price limit. Like a regulation on the price per hour, and they could allow limited time promo for the cafe's for lower rates (Small internet cafes would have been free from Internet Cafe Killers). They could organize a technical meeting every month, that internet cafe owners can send there technical man, so he can learn new techniques, discuss things like (new technology, softwares...brainstorming thing.

Kanang ICAC mga tol wala na ayo. actually ang makapalambo gyud sa atong negosyo mao ang strategy. Actually daghan na bitaw daw ang wala na internet cafe nga mga myembro diha. Tingali ato ni i-report sa kang Bobby Nalzaro or sa DTI mismo.
