I am saying this coz for my self pero sa uban nga mo apply unta. Mao bitaw reason wala na cla mo grow as competitive company because sa pag dala sa mga heads. I passed the exams and offered a good salary but I resigned kay wala jud ka ma learn did2. And its my right to say that. I hope you people nga taga VN you better shut up coz mahitabo rana ninyo puhon.

You are SO WRONG!!! my friend said she learned a lot from VANILLA NETWORKS, why would you say that? You've only been there for ONE MONTH...

Based on your post, I find it hard to believe that the OM is like that, I always heard a lot of good praises coming from her.

I just said maybe... If you don't know what maybe means then look it up on the dictionary or
search it on Wikipedia.

Well it's good that you end up with your own freelance. Freelance is really good, but I think everyone has his/her own will of choosing his/her own career. I know someone working in Vanilla Networks and his been there for so long now, he is enjoying his job and he said that all of his colleagues are so jamming including their operations manager.

It's normal to quit from your job if you don't enjoy your job and specially the people you are working with. If I was on your shoe I would also quit the job but you can't just say anything bad about the company where you came from and to someone on the company publicly. It's too unprofessional...

And don't destroy the name of the company if you don't like the company or anyone from the company. You can get sued for that because some companies include that on their contract.

So be careful and read your contract before you sign!!!

As I read your posts I can tell that you're ruining the Company's reputation. And it is such a disgrace because you had only worked there for a month and it's only you among all the past and present employees who is ranting such craps. If you have personal grudges against the manager don't make a story like the company is like this and like that. It is very alarming that it's only YOU who had experienced such "maltreatment". Have you questioned yourself why your clients were not satisfied with your work? Why your clients were not happy with you? And have you also asked yourself why your Manager acted that way? And what have you done why you earned such reaction?

You've said that you only work at the above mentioned company for almost a month? Do you consider it long enough? Sorry but I don't. Therefore, you haven't seen it in the long run. I don't see you make some point here.

How experienced are you? Can you post here your employment records to prove that? And by the way, how old are you? Just wondering coz you sound like a kid who have a candy taken by a bully. "Try to put yourself on other people's shoe before you cry out loud" because I think you did not. Just correct me if I'm wrong though. As you have mentioned, its only your opinion. I say everyone is entitled for their opinion but it does not mean we have to believe you or take you seriously.

and how many times have you been corrected that the term isn't GENERAL MANAGER but OPERATIONS MANAGER, i know this might be unimportant to you but it reflects who you are.. a person who doesn't listen.

Who are you to judge that your 'GENERAL MANAGER' is hambugero and it's new employees are 'dili kamao' when you've only stayed in the company for a month?!
