We wish but I don't think it's feasible. It would be a big slap in our economy's face. The tobacco industry is a big help to our economy.

we should foolow strictly ds ordinance cuz many lives are at stake ra ba, dli lng ang life sa smoker pati na sa mga non-smokers.

This should really be the case. As far as I know, there's a law prohibiting people to smoke in public places. This should really be enforced because our health might be endangered because some first hand smokers could not even discipline themselves to smoke in smoking areas only.

One can ask smokers in PUJs to throw their cigarettes away. After all, second hand smokers are more prone to lung cancers. It's everyone's right to have a healthy environment, I suppose.
